Sea day - 3 January

Didnt sleep well last night. Reckon I didnt drink enough water yesterday while we were on the island so will make up for it today. After breakfast we headed for coffee but there was nowhere to sit so we took our coffee to the area they were doing craft. Made a lifebuoy ornament!

Julie headed off to do more of the jigsaw and I went back to the cabin and sat out on the balcony and read. Decided I wanted pizza for lunch so we went up to the top deck by the poolfor a slice of pizza. Wow, they were big slices... Then Julie talked me into one of the specialty desserts. Im not much of a fan of icecream but I figured I would give it a go. Julie had 'the Godfather' and I had 'the Leaning Tower'. Only got less than half way through it. What I really wanted was the chocolate and hundreds and thousands on the rim, but couldn't get them off. Think they must have been super glued on!

Went for more reading and soon enough it was canapes and pre dinner drinks. Then off to dinner for wild mushroom soup and Shepherds pie.

We then headed to the karaoke but it wasnt much chop. It is on at 7.45 which means there are little kids who are still up, and get up to sing. Karaoke was much more fun on the other ship when it was on later, no kids and we had Karen from Adelaide to entertain us. We then listened to a bit of music in one of the bars and then headed to the theatre for the evening show which was lots of singing and dancing with some magic thrown in. Now time for bed as we have an early start in the morning.
