Hong Kong

Well that settles it! I am definitely ruined for flying anything other than Business Class ever again - and I'm about to board a Premium Economy flight for 13 hours to London... ye gods... Had a very very very comfortable 9 hour flight from Sydney.  Cathay staff were wonderful and I have been literally waited on hand and foot.  The sleeper bed seats are quite wonderful too although not sure that I actually got much in the way of sleep.  Hopefully that will come with the next leg of the journey. Watched a couple of movies, read, listened to music, ate and drank.  Loved the Chardy they were serving!!! I ate so much at one stage that after the cheese platter I couldn't even fit in the chocolate mousse cheesecake with raspberry coulis.. oh dear! If ever my coffers increase considerably I shall always choose Business Class, but it is more likely that short of a major lotto win I shall spend my travelling days in basic economy with the rest of the cattle class. So here I sit in the waiting area for my next flight. A bit frustrating that I'm not even half way there yet as I'll have a 5 hour lay over at Heathrow before the 4 hour flight to Munich where my holiday actually begins.  I truly love living in Australia, but it is so bloody far away from everywhere else which is usually a great thing, until you want to travel somewhere on holidays. So there you have it armchair travellers, next stop London.
